Refund Policy

1. Overview
Atomic Systems maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services and project engagements.
2. Project Cancellation and Payments
- All payments made to Atomic Systems are non-refundable
- Projects cancelled at any stage (before, during, or after development) are not eligible for refunds
- Milestone payments and deposits are non-refundable regardless of project status
- Upon project cancellation, all outstanding payments for work completed or in progress must be paid in full
- Project abandonment by the client does not void payment obligations
3. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:

- Provide detailed explanation
- Allow 5-7 business days for response
- Resolution will focus on project completion or adjustment options, not refunds
4. Clarification
To be explicitly clear:
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances
- All sales are final
- Payments for services are non-transferable
- Contract termination does not warrant refunds
All clients must acknowledge and agree to these terms before project commencement.
